Long-time Ann Arbor resident and Realtor Jeff Roth today announced the opening of Arbor Advising LLC to help people buy, sell, and invest in Michigan real estate.
Unlike most Ann Arbor real estate agencies, Arbor Advising provides a full complement of real estate services focused on increasing cash flow and nurturing generational wealth.
"Arbor Advising is about enabling people to prudently achieve their long-term financial goals,” said Roth. “This market has opened many eyes to the fact that property ownership – and multiple-property ownership – is the best vehicle to realize large gains with relatively low risk. We're going to help more of those people capitalize on that knowledge.”

“As a public school science teacher for 25 years, I’m on a mission to prove that real estate ownership and investing is financially accessible and deeply desirable for regular folks – and not just an exclusive practice of the super wealthy. My own journey in real estate investing was borne out of necessity to supplement my income from teaching,” said Roth.
